Bristol Community College Culinary Arts program, working with the Children’s Museum of Greater Fall River, will hold their annual Family Halloween Dinner on Friday, October 29. The reception will start at 5 p.m. with a buffet dinner at 6 p.m. in the Commonwealth College Center, Bristol Community College, 777 Elsbree Street, Fall River.
Mad scientists will perform experiments for your family’s entertainment, demonstrating gadgets and gizmos from around the world. Additional activities include face painting, a carved pumpkin raffle, bead stringing, and assorted crafts.
Costumes for all are encouraged and a dinner package prize (four tickets to the BCC Culinary Arts Holiday Extravaganza) will be given to the best adult couple’s costume.
Everyone in your family is sure to find something they enjoy on the extensive buffet. The menu includes BBQ boneless chicken, baked penne marinara, mini meatball & Italian sausage casserole, and more. Finish off the meal with a trip to the ever-popular chocolate fountain!
Tickets should be reserved no later than October 22. Cost for the event is $9 for adults, $6 for children 3-12 years old. There is no charge for children under the age of 3. For more information, or to reserve your tickets, call 508.678.2811, ext. 2111.
