SCCC Open Enrollment
Every Wednesday from 09/08/2010 to 09/22/2010 – 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Sing with the South Coast Community Chorale for their fall 2010 season! Individuals interested in joining the group are invited to attend open enrollment rehearsals.
Throughout the fall season, South Coast Community Chorale (SCCC) will be preparing for two concerts this December. On December 12, the group will be performing a Christmas POPS concert with the Fall River Symphony Orchestra. On December 19, the chorale will present their annual Christmas Concert, featuring selections from Handel's Messiah, as well as other holiday favorites.
The SCCC rehearses at United Parish Church, 745 Wilson Road, Fall River, MA.
The SCCC is a choral group based out of Fall River, Massachusetts. Under the direction of Frank Wilhelm, the group presents two major programs a year: a holiday concert in December and a spring concert in May. Other performance opportunities and special events may arise throughout the year as well. The SCCC performs a variety of music ranging from classical pieces to patriotic songs to show tunes to contemporary works.
There are no auditions necessary. The SCCC is looking for people who love to sing and can match pitch and blend with other singers. Members attend Wednesday night rehearsals and pay a small fee for membership dues and music. Ability to read music is not required, as rehearsal CD's are provided to all members.
