Mayor Flanagan Portrait Unveiling

The Greater Fall River Art Association is pleased to announce that a portrait of Will Flanagan, the city’s youngest mayor, recently completed by Tiago Finato, the association’s Artist-in-Residence, will be unveiled at a special event at the Government Center, 6th floor.
The portrait of Mayor William Flannigan, a gift to the city from Greater Fall River Art Association, is the first formal oil portrait of a sitting Fall River mayor in nearly 70 years and will hang in the Portrait Gallery at the Government Center as an permanent collection, where it will be available for public viewing.
